The energetic and electric life of trees

The HeartMath Institute has started a very interesting program on the interactions between trees, mankind and the earth. One issue we have already reported earlier: how trees – as early warners – may help alert people about soon happening earthquakes. Researchers cooperate intensively with engaged citizens al over the world to monitor and analyse the electric variations in trees.

They refer to the uplifting and healing qualities of forests, that have been explored for centuries. People walking in a forest are always connected through electromagnetic fields. Trees may even register the emotional condition of people.

The program aims at bringing scientific rigor to broadening the understanding that people and trees are connected. Here is a short video explaining the initiative.
